When her life was turned upside down with an autoimmune health crisis, the best her doctor could offer was “we will wait until it gets bad enough to medicate”. Refusing to resign herself to such a fate, Rheagan rediscovered her passion for holistic wellness, ancestral nutrition, and sustainable living and learned a new respect for living and nourishing the body, mind, and spirit intuitively. She used all of these tools to regain her health and build a flourishing life for herself and her family, one day at a time, and she’s here to share it with you.
With a background in corporate communications, public disclosure, and research, Rheagan understands the importance of trustworthy and accurate information when it comes to making big decisions. There are no bigger decisions to be made than those about your health and lifestyle. Rheagan prides herself on offering insight into evidenced-based information to help others build their flourishing lives.
Having left the corporate world behind, Rheagan resides in the beautiful foothills of the Rocky Mountains with her beloved husband, two precious children, and a doodle named Rosie. When she’s not busy writing, she’s co-leading her local WAPF chapter and sourcing amazing nutrient-dense local food from her favourite local ranchers and growers.
